CARo _ LVS (inscribed in two lines, one globule between the letter R and the letter O, four globules in the middle, two above the letter L, another below this same letter).
SCI MAVR (circular legend around a large globule surrounded by small dots, one globule after the letter R, another after the letter S and a last between the letter I and the letter M).
Description according to old works. Need to see a copy for confirmation.
There may be a globule on the obverse under the letter V, an old illustration shows this letter V in the shape of Y with a large dot below. A large part of the beading is illustrated and its continuation is represented by a fine line; this globule is located in the middle of this line, it can either represent a dot of the beading (seems a few wide to be a dot of the beading) or a globule.
