Photo of a coin sold the 23/05/2016 by Numismatica Ars Classica, Auction 92, lot 887, link to the sale: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=3108301, link to their website: https://www.arsclassicacoins.com/. I notice that the obverse die is the same as that of the coin illustrated in the RIC X, plate 67. Numismatica Ars Classica adds that the coin shares the same reverse die as the LRC 937 (information that I do not have could verify). Another coin sharing the same obverse die as the illustrated copy, sold by UBS Gold & Numismatics, link to the sale: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=499437. The RIC X page 426 noted for this n°3114: ''die also used for Olybrius n°3004 and Leo n°2540''.

Like the RIC X, I chose to take the legend D N GLVCER - IVS F P AVG as legend number 1 because it is the one we meet most often.

For the mint attribution, I follow the work of the RIC X which probably had to rely on metrological studies, style, place of finds ...

I notice that unlike the Solidi, there is a ribbon coming out of the letters for all mints. Some copies do not have any, others only have a ribbon on one of the two letters G. For each coin, I specify the presence or absence of these ribbons. The coin shown here has a ribbon on each letter G.
