The drape is visible on this copy and on a few examples of other types, all sharing the same obverse die.

The legend are illegible, only a few letters stand out. I noted the legends descriptions, that are difficult to read and are sometimes an interpretation of strange forms, following the pieces visible on several copies (for the obverse). Leu Numismatik gives PAX on the reverse, I think they followed Cohen 1 and RIC 1 .. However, it seems more reasonable to me to see Sol there, the whip is clearly distinguishable, the character seems radiate and in a usual position for this type. So I think this is a type not listed so far. The only bust referenced for Bonosus was struck off with the bust naked. Mrs. Estiot demonstrates that the obverse dies are all the same for the entire coinage. See page 220 and 221 for copy 20 = Malicorne 56. The theory advanced in the article is that they are in fact imitative coins of Postumus. The types used and the obverse legends are all related to Postumus coins.
