The standard on the right does not seem to have anything topped on it, the space between the top of the standard and the letter M does not seem to leave enough space for decoration either.
There are two obverse legend breaks: IMP CAES M DID SEV - ER IVLIAN AVG and IMP CAES M DID SE - VER IVLIAN AVG. For the reverse, there are variants with the eagle turned to the right, two eagles... The coins are classified in order: long obverse cut SEV - ER with the reverse variants: legend breaks, dots and orientation or number of eagles. Then the same with the short obverse break: SE - VER. Dots are often erased by wear, so ranking is difficult. However, I can already exclude the presence of dots when the coin is worn out, when the gap between the letters is too small to write something.
