Photo of a coin sold the 05/12/2015 by Jean Elsen & ses Fils S.A., Auction 127, lot 285, link to the sale: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=4158937, link to their website: https://www.elsen.eu/. The standard on the right does not seem to be surmounted by anything, and the space with the letter D above does not leave room for decoration.

There are two obverse legend breaks: IMP CAES M DID SEV - ER IVLIAN AVG and IMP CAES M DID SE - VER IVLIAN AVG. For the reverse, there are variants with the eagle turned to the right, two eagles... The coins are classified in order: long obverse cut SEV - ER with the reverse variants: legend breaks, dots and orientation or number of eagles. Then the same with the short obverse break: SE - VER. Dots are often erased by wear, so ranking is difficult. However, I can already exclude the presence of dots when the coin is worn out, when the gap between the letters is too small to write something.

Variant with dots in the legend on the obverse and the eagle turned to the right on the reverse. The dot between DID and SEV has disappeared, however (and this joins my comment above) the gap between the two letters D and S is large and had to be created to inscribed a dot. This dot is clearly visible on this coin sold by Classical Numismatic Group, link to the sale: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=3346995.
