Bust of Theodosius II facing, cuirassed, wearing a helmet with crest and a pearl diadem. Holding a spear passing behind his head with the right hand and a decorated shield with a horseman slaying an enemy, with the left hand.

FELICITER NBTIIS

Theodosius II standing between Valentinian III on the left and Licinia Eudoxia on the right. The three characters are nimbate. Valentinian III and Eudoxia holding hands in front of Theodosius II who holds them by the shoulders.
