Coin illustrated in RIC X plate 46, source: numismatic cabinet of Catalonia, Barcelona. I have noted the legends and breaks given by the RIC. The copy illustrated in the RIC does not seem to allow the entire legends to be read because the edges are cropped. Are the legends and breaks noted in the RICs correct? Is the illustrated copy the only one analyzed by the authors? Did they manage to read some leftover letters to define their description of the legends?
These AE 3 coins weigh (according to the RIC X) around 2.12 grs. The example shown in the RIC X plate 46 appears to have the usual styling for this mint. So I think it is not an imitation, despite its reduced weight.
