Variant with jewel on the diadem. All the coins that I have been able to see share the same obverse die of which we observe remains of engraving under the letters T and H. One can also wonder if the officina letter was re-engraved. Below a coin with the same obverse die and a different reverse die with the officina letter perhaps re-engraved above another:
