Regarding the legends, I recognize an obverse die and therefore deduce that the obverse legend is SVLP DRYANTILLA AVG. On the reverse, the location of REDINE seems to indicate that there is sufficient space to write IVNONI and not IVNO.

ov Sev'' in the reference: AYC #5 ov Sev, means that this coin is overstruck on a denarius of  Septimius Severus. ''ov'' for overstruck. I considered that this coin was overstruck on a denarius of Septimius Severus because on the reverse we see a rest of a laureate portraiture, indicating a denarius. We also see the legend RVS AVG and we recognize the hair of this emperor. On the reverse I read a letter D to the left of the new character's feet, followed by a shape that doesn't appear to be a letter but rather the old character's head. Then I observe a scepter followed by the letters AVG .. By looking for which obverse legend begins with SEVERVS AVG and contains a letter D, a scepter and AVG on the reverse. I have identified what seems to me to be the only probable coin. Obverse: SEVERVS AVG – PART MAX , Reverse: PROVID – AVGG. Here is a photo showing what the original coin looked like (RIC 166 Septimius Severus):
