Regarding the legends, I recognize an obverse die and therefore deduce that the obverse legend is SVLP DRYANTILLA AVG. On the reverse, the location of REDINE seems to indicate that there is sufficient space to write IVNONI and not IVNO.

ov Sev'' in the reference: AYC #5 ov Sev, means that this coin is overstruck on a denarius of  Septimius Severus. ''ov'' for overstruck. I considered that this coin was overstruck on a denarius of Septimius Severus because on the reverse we see a rest of a laureate portraiture, indicating a denarius. I read on the reverse: IMP XI PART MAX, on the obverse I can see the wings of Victoria followed by the letters AE. By adding these two informations, I conclude that it can only be an overstike on a denarius of Septimius Severus, obverse: L SEPT SEV AVG IMP XI PART MAX, reverse: VICT PARTHICAE. Here is a photo showing what the original coin looked like (RIC 142 Septimius Severus):

This same type has been overstruck too for Regalianus. We see PART MAX on the obverse in front of the portraiture and Victoria holding trophy on the reverse. Here is the coin:
