Regarding the legends, I recognize an obverse die and therefore deduce that the obverse legend is SVLP DRYANTILLA AVG. On the reverse, the location of REDINE seems to indicate that there is sufficient space to write IVNONI and not IVNO.

ov Sev'' in the reference: AYC #5 ov Sev, means that this coin is overstruck on a denarius of  Septimius Severus. ''ov'' for overstruck. As Numismatik Lanz München, this coin is overstruck on a denarius of Septimius Severus, obverse: SEVERVS – PIVS AVG, reverse: VOTA SVSCEPTA XX. Here is a photo showing what the original coin looked like (RIC 308 Septimius Severus):

I add here two coins that I identify as being overprinted on two denarii of Septimius Severus. The first coin is this one:

On the reverse we read SEVERVS. The rest of the original coin has disappeared. We also cannot know if the legend is IVNONI REGINE or REDINE. The second coin is this one:

The portrait of Septimius Severus and the legend SEVERVS AVG is clearly visible. On the obverse, at 1 am, we see the beginning of a character with an illegible legend.
