Regarding the legends, I recognize an obverse die and therefore deduce that the obverse legend is SVLP DRYANTILLA AVG.
ov Max I'' in the reference: AYC #5 ov Sev, means that this coin is overstruck on a denarius of Maximinus I Thrax. ''ov'' for overstruck. I considered that this coin was overstruck on a denarius of Maximinus I Thrax because on the reverse we see a rest of a laureate portraiture, indicating a denarius. We can read NVS PIVS AVG on this same reverse, around the protraiture. On the obverse, COS is clearly visible. This is why I propose an obverse: IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG and a reverse P M TR P II COS P P. There is a remainder below the letter O and it could be a standard. For the reverse, I discarded the legend MXIMINVS AVG GERM because of the advanced position of AVG compared to the portraiture, leaving little room to register GERM. Here is a photo showing what the original coin looked like (RIC 3 Maximinus I Thrax):
