''ov Max I'' in the reference: AYC #4 ov Max I, means that this coin is overstruck on a coin of Maximinus I Thrax. ''ov'' pour overstruck. I considered it highly probable that the original coin was a denarius of Maximinus I Thrax because we see at the bottom left on the reverse, a square-shaped remnant with perhaps a line coming out, moreover we read SA before the first letter N from IVNONI. I conclude that this is a SALVS AVGVSTI reverse and therefore that the most likely emperor is Maximinus I Thrax. This same type has been overstruck with reverse AEQVITAS AVGG, see AYC #1 ov Max I, RIC 1. Here is what the original coin probably looks like:
