It is the RIC 5B n°7. I found the photos of the sale: ''Léo Hamburger, 19 octobre 1925, Catalogue Monnaies romaines vol in 4, sammlung eines bekannten ausländischen amateurs''. The coin is the lot 1495. There is a letter T on the reverse and the catalog gives the emperor Caracalla with a VICTORIA reverse. We cannot confirm the total identification with the photos available which are not of sufficiently good quality.

Another coin given for Caracalla by the auction house, sold the 08/12/2014 by Numismatik Lanz München, Auction 159, lot 555, link to the sale: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=2267882, link to their website: https://www.lanz.com/. There is a remnant of a portraiture. The auction house probably got more information by having the coin in hand.

I assign the RIC numbers according to the marked legends. For example, RIC 7 is given for an overstrike of a Caracalla denarius. I have classified coins under this number 6 because they use the same legends for Regalianus, even though they are overstruck from other emperors. The RIC 6 is also existing for two different types: LIBERLAS AVGG and ORIENS AVGG, this is a number assignment error. The ORIENS AVGG type should be n°7 and this coin overstruck on a denarius of Caracalla should be the n°8.
