Coin illustrated in RIC X plate 46, n °1703. Source: museum of Saint Omer. The RIC X notes: 1701, 1703, 1704 obverse die link. I observe that the n°1703 and 1704 share the same obverse die, but the copy 1704 illustrated does not have the same die. Perhaps the authors of RIC X speak for the 1704 of another coin which is not illustrated. This coin n°1703 therefore has its obverse die connected to a VICTORIA AVGG type reverse.

The standard is not decorated with little dots inside as is the case for the other mints. I have only referenced one coin with the decorated standard (see AYC #6 var, RIC 1704).

The Solidii of this mint often have a ribbon coming out of the letter G of AVG on the obverse, this is not the case for this copy.
