Coin illustrated in the RIC X, plate 49 n° 2021. As the RIC X mentions, this coin shares the same reverse die as the n° 2020 which is a Solidus of Galla Placidia. Source: Sale 63.2009.

I notice that all Solidi have a double pearl necklace while the smaller denominations only have a single necklace. All of the coins that I have seen (Solidi, Semisses et Tremisses), have a ribbon protruding from the letters G on the obverse.

On the reverse I noted ''Angel'' in the description. We can also say that this is Victoria but the image of the victory at that time had indeed become that of an angel symbolizing the Christian victory. I note that this character is probably also a representation of the Empress in the guise of the angel. Indeed, the character wears the same double pearl diadem and the clothes are decorated like those of Honoria. I have noticed many times that on the coinage of various Empresses the character on the reverse is depicted as the Empress.
