One copy preserved at the Münzkabinett der Staatlichen Museen of Berlin, link to the page of their website showing the photo of the coin: http://www.smb-digital.de/eMuseumPlus?service=ExternalInterface&module=collection&objectId=2448604&viewType=detailView.

Monograms Karolus:

(1) Without letter A in the diamond on the middle. All letters inscribed normally.

(2) With the letter A in the diamond on the middle. All letters inscribed normally.

(3) Without letter A in the middle. The letters K and R inscribed normally, the letter S retrograde, the letter L inscribed normally.

The letters R of REX and FR as well as the letter F of FR have the same form as I noted as no in the description, simply indicating the form. It is obvious that these are letters R and F poorly executed. The type is therefore named DARLVS REX FR. The letter D is undoubtedly an error and not a letter C with a broken die as on type 2, var 4. Its shape is exactly the same as that of letters D on the reverse, which is not the case on type 2, var 4. I noted the globule on the obverse as being in the lower left corner of the middle cross, considering that the cross separating the legend is the ''north'' of the coin, here slightly shifted.
