CARLVS REX FR (circular legend around a cross surrounded by a circle made up of dots, a cross between FR and CARLVS).

MASSILIA (circular legend around the Karolus monogram (1) surrounded by a circle made up of dots, a cross between the letters A and M).

Description according to old works. Need to see a copy for confirmation.

Monogram Karolus:

(1) Without letter A in the diamond on the middle.

(the illustrations very probably did not find it useful to represent a letter A in the diamond, therefore impossible to know if the diamond is empty or not).

A small dot at an corner of the middle cross, on the obverse, is represented, globule?

Seems never to have gone on sale.
