The legend is degenerate and difficult to identify. cgb.fr writes CINOMANI for the reverse, I think the legend is closer to CINOINM, the one noted by Patrick Nouchy in his book '' Les rois carolingiens de Francie occidentale'' de Pépin Le Bref à Louis V (751 - 987) page 54. I chose to note this legend. The description of the globules is also uncertain and difficult.
