Ce site ayant été restauré pour battre monnaie sous Charlemagne, on connaît aussi une monnaie carolingienne pour cette abbaye. Ce denier portera le numéro de référence 84D dans la prochaine édition du Depeyrot. Un grand merci à Thierry pour son aide pour l'identification.''. Traduction: Unique and unpublished coin minted for the monastery of Saint Vaast (S. VEDATI cf Gariel page 32 "complete list of abbeys and monasteries cities". This site having been restored to mint coins under Charlemagne, we also know a Carolingian coin for this abbey. This last will carry the reference number 84D in the next edition of Depeyrot.
