CARNOTIS (circular legend around a cross surrounded by circle, another cross between the letter S and the letter C).

Difficult description due to the state of the coin, it may be that some globules are present for example. It is the first time that I see this legend CARNOTIS instead of CARNOTAS for this type with the cross, moreover the descriptions in the old works give the legend CARNOTAS with a cross not surrounded in circle as on this copy.
