CARo _ LVS (incribed in two lines).

TAT _ D (inscribed in two lines, TAT reversed on the first line, the letter D below followed by a degenerate symbol or letter S? One globule above each letter T, an ax below the legend).

One copy preserved at the Münzkabinett der Staatlichen Museen of Berlin, link to the page of their website showing the photo of the coin: http://www.smb-digital.de/eMuseumPlus?service=ExternalInterface&module=collection&objectId=2440379&viewType=detailView.

The reverse of this coin should (in my opinion) be read as inverted TAT and D. Otherwise the ax would be found above the legend (unusual for this mint). In addition, other coins of different types clearly show inverted TAT with the letter D below. Example: inverted TAT then DRS in the right direction and an ax still below. One may wonder if what follows the letter D is a symbol... stylized line or the letter S lying down. See the comment on this coin: https://www.all-your-coins.com/en/modern-coins/monnaies-carolingiennes/charlemagne-en-cours-de-travail/premiere-periode-768-781/denier/dorestad/denier-type-5-drs-tat. An exception where the ax is undoubtedly placed at the top.
