CARo _ LVS (inscribed in two lines, one globule in the middle between the letters A and V).

TRI _ C (nscribed in two lines, the letters T and R under a tilde, a horizontal line to the left of the letter T, a cross under the letter R).

There is only one globule on the obverse, it is connected to the letter A by a break, giving the impression of seeing a double globule.
