Reverse
CARo _ LVS (inscribed in two lines, a kind of comma to the right of the letter R forming the letter o? Two globules aligned vertically under the letter o, one globule between the letter L and the letter V).
CINOINM (circular legend around a little cross).
Description according to old works. Need to see a copy for confirmation. The illustration of Patrick Nouchy in his book ''Les rois carolingiens de Francie occidentale'' de Pépin Le Bref à Louis V (751 - 987) page 54, shows a strange shape to the right of the letter R on the obverse, which I noted in the description. He notes as legend CARo _ LVS and therefore must have considered that this form is a degenerate o.
