The letter V from AVG is missing on the obverse. An error of legend which one finds on an imitation seems Frisian which I classified here: https://www.all-your-coins.com/fr/modern-coins/monnaies-carolingiennes/faux-d-epoque/louis-le-pieux/faux-frisiens/denier/denier-arles-1-a. This type 1, var 2 coin, is very unlikely to be an imitation.
