HLVDOVVICVS IMP AVG (Laureate and draped bust of Louis The Pious on the right).

SENONES (circular legend around a city gate, a cross between the two letters S. Two circles under the door).

One copy preserved at the Münzkabinett der Staatlichen Museen of Berlin, link to the page of their website showing the photo of the coin: http://www.smb-digital.de/eMuseumPlus?service=ExternalInterface&module=collection&objectId=2376309&viewType=detailView. This is the copy illustrated in the old works.

SENONES or SEN - NES? Difficult to know if we have a group of three circles under the city gate or if it is a letter O with two circles.
