LVDO _ VVIC (inscribed in two lines).

IETALLVV (circular, retrograde and degenerate legend, around a cross surrounded by a circle made up of dots, a cross between the letter I and the letter V).

Photo of the copy preserved at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France (public domain), link to the page of their website showing the photo of the coin: https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b10442385c.r=louis%20le%20pieux?rk=1072966;4.

On the obverse, the letters V and D as well as the two letters V below, are linked by two cross lines. I do not think that these are dies breaks. Twice the same type of break is quite unlikely. The entire engraving is awkward and degenerate, the reverse legend is difficult to read, I suggest IETALLV.
