R Px (the letters R, P and x under a tilde, a cross to the left of the letter R and another to the right of the letter P).
G II _ EN (inscribed in two lines).
Photo of a coin sold by Jean Elsen & ses Fils S.A., link to the sale and their website: http://www.elsen.eu/Auction-143/-654-720-HAUT-MOYEN-AGE-DARK-AGES/emodule/4332/eitem/98165.
The cross to the left of the letter R on the obverse is off the blank, but like Jean Elsen & ses Fils S.A., i think it must be present.
Another copy preserved at the Münzkabinett der Staatlichen Museen of Berlin, link to the page of their website showing the photo of the coin: http://www.smb-digital.de/eMuseumPlus?service=ExternalInterface&module=collection&objectId=2378330&viewType=detailView.
