Denarius, type 1, var 1 (CARLVS EX FR . monogram Carolus)
CARLVS EX FR (circular legend with the letter L inverted, around a cross surrounded by a circle made up of dots, a cross between FR and CARLVS. One globule at the upper right corner of the cross).
DORESTADO (circular legend with the first retrograde letter D and the letter S inclined, around the Carolus monogram (1) surrounded by a circle made up of dots, a cross between the letters O and D).
One copy preserved at the Münzkabinett der Staatlichen Museen of Berlin, link to the page of their website showing the photo of the coin: http://www.smb-digital.de/eMuseumPlus?service=ExternalInterface&module=collection&objectId=2448601&viewType=detailView.
Monogram Carolus:
(1) Without letter A in the diamond on the middle.
I noted the globule on the obverse as being in the upper right corner of the middle cross, considering that the cross separating the legend is the ''north'' of the coin.
