Copy with a weight of 0.31 grs for a coin of which only half remains. The theoretical weight would be about 0.50 to 0.60 grs which corresponds to an obol. Incomplete legend, probably BITVRICAS. Here is what cgb.fr says, about this coin: ''Exemplaire qui aurait été trouvé anciennement à Thérouanne (Pas-de-Calais)'' ... Traduction: Copy which would have been found formerly in Thérouanne (Pas-de-Calais)... Extremely rare copy, the only other copy of which is known from a drawing published by Decoster in the Revue Belge de Numismatique de 1852 from the treasury of Dorestad (Wijk bij Duurstede, Netherlands, province of Utrecht). Copy illustrated under n ° 365B, p. 257 of the last edition of Georges Depeyrot's book on Carolingian coins.
